By accessing and using aigencia.biz or hiring any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. About aigencia.biz

aigencia.biz is a platform for professional landing pages for local businesses, combining artificial intelligence and high-performance design. Services are delivered individually, within 24 hours after the client provides the required information.

2. Contracting and scope of service

The contracted service includes creating one landing page as described in the chosen plan.
The client is responsible for providing required information (copy, photos, contacts) via WhatsApp or form.
The 24h delivery timeline starts when all information is received.
Up to one (1) round of revisions is included after the preview is delivered.
Additional structural changes may be billed separately.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Mercado Pago (PIX, credit card).
The contracted price is fixed and does not include recurring fees unless additional services are expressly contracted.
Payment may occur after layout approval, as agreed.

4. Hosting and domain

The first year of hosting is included in the basic plan.
After that period, renewal will be offered at then-current pricing.
The default subdomain (yourname.aigencia.biz) is provided at no extra charge. Custom domains may be contracted separately.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client holds usage rights to the content produced for their landing page. Base source code and templates remain the property of aigencia.biz.

6. Limitation of liability

aigencia.biz is not liable for business outcomes from the landing page, including lead volume, conversions, or revenue. Performance depends on factors outside our control.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations before production starts receive a full refund.
After production begins, refunds are proportional to work completed.
No refund after delivery and client approval of the layout.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top will be revised. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Venue: São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
